Wanda Jean Penn  Died- Sept.7,2018,Albuquerque,New Mexico. Born- Sept.20,1929 Indianapolis,Indiana. Father- Harvey Elsbury Mother- Vera Geneva Elsbury.  Preceded in death by- Charles Penn, ex husband, brothers Robert and Charles Elsbury, sisters Susanna and Geneva Elsbury, daughter Marsha Penn, granddaughter Stephanie Penn. Survived by children- Charlene Stinson,Bruce,Brian,Marc Penn, grandchildren- Toby and Matthew Carr, Daniel Stinson, Molly Steenbergen,  Charles and Kate Penn, Codyjane McGavock, Marc Penn Jr., Patrick Penn, great grandchildren- Dylan,Devin,Damon, and Darcy Carr, Bailee and Denton Steenbergen, Austin,Annabella and Tristan McGavock, Satsu Penn, Felicity Stinson,Gabriela Penn.  A memorial service will be held Sunday, Sept.30,2018 at the South Central Surgery Center in Franklin,Indiana beginning at 2:00.
