Timothy Smith passed away on July 15, 2017.
Timothy was born in Utica, New York on May 13, 1948 to parents John Smith and Ida Smith, nee Jordon.
Timothy is survived by his wife Sharyl Winter; two step children, Steven Palmer and Heather Walters; and two adopted children, Karen Schlenker and Guy Hudson; as well as grandson Casey Winstead.
Timothy was beloved by all who knew him, and will be dearly missed.
