Tom is survived by his wife Mary, children Ken (Susan) Simkavitz, Robert (Deborah) Simkavitz, John (Lori) Simkavitz, and Tommy Baker, siblings Eugene (Jane) Baker, Faye (Gary-passed) Mervyn, Roger (Sandra) Baker, Gladys (Bill) Shea, Rose (Robert) Hunn. He is preceded in death by his fathers Chet Baker and Harold Moreland and mother Esther Baker, son Michael Simkavitz and sister Ruth Mungia.
