Teresa L. West Shearn was born August 22 1958. On August 5 2018 she lost her life to cancer. She was an artist, mediator and real estate appraiser. She leaves behind three children Tyra Schneider, Ross Dockter and Tyler Bailey. Five grandchildren Aidan, Bowen, Sebastian, Nevaeh and Leyna. Her dear friend Julius Darby. Her mother Evelyn Bibb, brother Vern West and sister in law Denelle West. She was preceded in death by her father Richard West.
