Mrs. Shirley Ann Shrum (McClanahan), age 71 of Hartsville, Tennessee passed away Thursday, October 1, 2026 at Highpoint Health, Gallatin, TN.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, Henry & Roberta McClanahan; Sister, Mary Gammons and Brothers, Earl, Dennis and Ray McClanahan; and her loving Husband of 37 years, Danny Ray Shrum.

She is survived by her daughters Melissa Shrum of Hartsville; Jessica Shrum (Robert Oliver) of Bethpage; and Emily Shrum (Loretta McNamee) of Albany, NY; Step-Daughter Jennifer Rigsby (Scott Rigsby) of Pleasant Shade; Grandchildren Danny James

Shrum and Charlie Ray Oliver of Bethpage; Step-Grandchildren Logan Ray Shrum (Mandy Shrum) of cookeville, Nathaniel Bly Rigsby of Pleasant Shade; Brother Robert (Brenda) McClanahan; Sisters Betty Gerritson (Larry Gerritson) of Hartsville, Emma Jean Brawner and Birdie Fisher of Lafayette, and Mary Jane Edwards (Del Sexton) of Bethpage.

Shirley was a loving mother and granny, Her generosity and selflessness had no bounds. She was always wheelin' and dealin' and never met a thriftstore that she couldn't spend hours in. She will be missed be all.

Celebration of Life/Memorial Service will be held at a later date this Fall.
