Richard Allen Kupis, 66, of Mount Juliet, passed away on May 22, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on January 24, 1960, in Long Beach, California, Richard was known for his dedication, kindness, and wonderful sense of humor.

Richard spent 42 years as an engineer at the Boeing Co and took great pride in his work. He loved traveling, gardening, and making those around him laugh.

He is survived by his loving wife, Teresa Kupis; his children, Catherine Kupis , Lauren Kupis, and Alicia kupis; his brother, Jeff Kupis; and his sister, Debbie Kupis. He was preceded in death by his parents, Remedios Cabolong and Eugene Kupis.

Richard will be remembered for his strength, love, and the joy he brought to family and friends. He will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
