Regina Donnel Leviner, age 38, of Crossville, Tennessee, formerly of North Carolina, passed away unexpectedly on October 6, 2026.

Regina was a beautiful soul with a heart bigger than words could ever describe. Sweet, sassy, and full of personality, she had a way of leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met. Much like her mother, she had a little fire in her spirit and a smile that could brighten the room.

Regina was a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She loved deeply, gave selflessly, and would do anything for those she cared about. Above all, her greatest pride and joy were her two daughters.

Regina was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Sylvia Leviner; paternal grandparents, Paul and Mae Leviner; and maternal grandparents, Fred and Bonnie Wagner.

Left to cherish her memory is her father, Rodney Leviner; daughters, Kalaisha Ralphs and Kendra Cravens; sister, Rachel (Jeremy) Comer; nephew, Braden Leviner. She also leaves behind a large, loving extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and many dear friends.

Though her time here was far too short, Regina will forever be remembered for her beautiful heart, unforgettable personality, and the love she gave so freely.

A private family service will be held in North Carolina.
