Frances Regina Estelle Woolard Lackey, 69, of Lebanon, TN went to be with our Lord on June 6, 2026, in her home surrounded by family. Regina, whom many of you may know as “Jeanie” was born August 27, 1956, in Lebanon, TN to the late Bobby Estell Woolard and Thelma Jean Woodard. She spent most of her years working in various factories in Lebanon with Lochinvar being her last employer before she retired in 2019. She enjoyed fishing, scratching lottery tickets, and spending time with family.

In addition to her parents, Regina is preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Henry Maynard; stepdad, Warren Kriel; grandmother, Estelle Woolard; grandparents, Tommy & Frances Woodard. She is survived by her fiance, C.W. Brawner; daughter, Tabitha Jarvis (James); son, Dwayne (Jessi) Lackey; brother, Bobby (Anita) Woolard; sister, Jimmie Lynn Maynard (Barry); grandchildren, Tiffany Jarvis (Jeremy) Caldwell, David Jarvis, Jonathan (Lindsey) Lackey, Kelsey (Jarvis) Jenkins, Madison Lackey (Dustin), Aaliyah Netherton and Sidney Enoch; 10 great grandchildren; nephews, Grant Woolard and Aaron (Jackie) Woolard; and 4 great nieces and nephews.

A graveside memorial service will be held in Regina’s honor reserved for close friends and family at Cedar Grove Cemetery at a later date.
