Patrick W .Ortiz 49, passed away unexpectedly on December 12th 2024.
He was preceded in death by his parents Gilbert & Rose Ortiz, paternal grandparents Jose and Susanita Ortiz , maternal grandparents Ramon Lopez & Ramona Saavedra.
Patrick is survived by his pride and joy his three children Monique , Angelina and Nicholas Ortiz, mother of his children Brenda Quezada,
his two sisters Roxanne and Ashley Ortiz.
Many other relatives and friends.

Rosary will be prayed at 9:00 a.m., burial will follow after mass at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday February 6th ,2025 at
Nuestra senora de Guadalupe Catholic Church in Pojoaque burial will take place following mass at Pojoaque Valley cemetery.
