Michael Hosbein

Beloved husband of Victoria, adored father of William (Lily) and Katherine, loving son of Rosemarie and John Hosbein, passed away December 12, 2014 in Golden, Colorado. Mike was a graduate of New Trier East High School Class of 1974 and in 1978 he graduated from University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point with degrees in Chemistry and Agronomy. He worked for the United States Department of Agriculture from 1978 until his retirement in 2012. He lived in Illinois, Iowa and Montana before settling in Golden,Colorado with his wife. He enjoyed being in the outdoors, woodworking, reading, genealogy and spending time with his wife and their furry friends, Max and cats. Also survived by brothers Peter (Allison), Robert, James (Liz) and sister Mary (Craig) Powers.
