Marylou Carlson

MaryLou Carlson, age 73, died at her home on Tuesday, Nov 24, 2020. The cause was the loss of her battle with Pancreatic and Liver Cancer.

Born July 26, 1947, in Chicago, Illinois, She lived in Denver/Aurora most of her life and worked with small accounting firms and her own company until retiring in 2016. MaryLou was a member of Littleton Church of Christ for 12 years.

Survivors include her children Kathy Gibson (Barry), John Brayton (Becky), and her son she gave up for adoption in September 1966 to a good Christian family, Greg Bloss. Her grandchildren Amberlee Gibson, Jeremiah Brayton, Amanda Burchett, Brittany Grove, and a great-grandson due in April of 2021.Her sister Barbara Hutchins (Ed). Her niece Kristy Schmied-Baune (Troy) Her great-nieces and nephews Kyler Schmied (Mckenna) and Emily Pint (Doug). MaryLou was preceded in death by her parents John A. Alexander and Marian L. Alexander. her spouse William L. Carlson and her son-in-law Barry W. Gibson.

She enjoyed bowling, having tea with her friends, going to Toby Keith and others concerts, loved making Cross-stitch, and hanging out with her family.
