Mary Stewart

Mary Florence Stewart was born April 3, 1930 in St. John, Nova Scotia to Arthur and Josephine Sutherland. She departed peacefully on October 21, 2020 in Littleton, Colorado under the compassionate care of her daughter Karen. She was preceded in death by her parents and 3 brothers, Bill, Frank, and Bobby Sutherland as well as her husband Clyde L Stewart. Mary moved to Colorado Springs after living in Lakewood, Colorado for 15 years and then moved to Littleton, Colorado in 2017. Mary enjoyed playing bridge with her friends multiple times a week while living in Colorado Springs, and she and Clyde (Stu) were avid golfers and loved to travel. Mary enjoyed her friends tremendously and loved to entertain on any occasion. Mary was also known for her keen fashion sense and always dressed like she was ready for an evening out.

Mary is survived by her daughter, Karen Pawlak, Littleton, Co, her son, Robert McKay (Stephanie), Lake Wylie, SC, 5 Grandchildren, Kristina Pawlak, Sarah McKay, William ( Amanda) McKay, Chloe McKay and Vaughn Andrews-McKay ( Makila), and 8 great grandchildren, Olivia, McKenna, Brooklyn, Andre, Emma, Ava, Ella and Frankie.
