Mary Lynn

Mary Alice Daily, Daugherty, Lynn passed away on September 18, 2020 in Westminster, Co, with her son, Scott, by her side. She was born on December 31, 1927, in Milburn, Nebraska. She was the second child of Merle and Gladys Daily. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother, 3 sisters, husbands, Myron Daugherty, Andrew Lynn, son, Shannon Daugherty, and grandson, Jason McCurry. She is survived by sons, Dr. Steve Daugherty (Becky, Scott Daugherty (Ruth), ), daughter, Sherry Liberato, 12 Grandchildren, 31, Great-Grandchildren, sisters, Gertie Dickman, Ida Bromm (Don), brothers, George Daily (Georgia), William Daily.

After graduation from High School, she taught school for three years before marriage and starting her family. She was a Civil Service Employee with the Department of Commerce, from which she retired. She had an interest in Music and was self-taught to play the piano and guitar. She loved to sing and dance. After retirement, she was part of the Yesteryears Singers, Colorado Tap Talk, and Country Line Dancers In Westminster, Co. She volunteered at the Sunset Ridge Elementary School in their library. She was a loyal blood donor donating over 15 gallons in her life time. She was a regular contributor to her church's weekly newsletter. She was devoted to her family and her church. Internment will be at Ft Logan National Cemetery in Denver, Co beside her late husband, Andrew Lynn. Because of the Pandemic, a Memorial Service will be held at a later date. In lei of flowers , Memorials may be sent in care of Scott Daugherty, 9301 Knox Ct., Westminster, CO 80030. To be used at the discretion of the family.
