LaDonna Rozel Gallardo, born December 16, 1986, a resident of Santa Fe, New Mexico, beloved daughter, mother, and friend to all, died Thursday, March 23, 2023. She leaves behind a precious 11-year-old daughter, Heaven Lee Antonia Perea and 19-year-old son, Joshua Jordan Montoya. She was the eldest of six siblings. She was loved by her family and friends. Ladonna is deceased by her grandfather, Heriberto Gallardo, Sr, uncle, Eddie Gallardo, Jr, and uncle, Joshua Bruno Salazar. She is survived by her mother, Gina Tonette Gallardo (Raymond Sandoval), grandmother, Rozella Salazar, sister, Demi von Amelunxen, great uncle, Andrew Aragon. Cousins, Anthony Gallardo, Jonas Gallardo and Desirea Gallardo. From her father’s side: father, Steven John Lobato, Jr, (Sephina Shimizu), Grandfather, Steve Lovato, Sr, Father, Grandmother, Annette Abeyta, half-brothers Shon, Jessiah, and Aiden Lobato, half-sister Moriah Perea (Daniel Perea), nephews, Uriah, Elijah, Nehemiah, and Jonah Perea. aunt, Dolores “Lola” Lobato. LaDonna has many grieving nieces and cousins on both sides.
LaDonna was a devoted mother and worked incredibly hard to give her children the best life possible. She worked for the State of New Mexico for many years and did retail and sales. Through her hard work and successes in life, she was most proud of having a home for her children and proud of her children.
LaDonna will be greatly missed by those who loved her and came across her gentle path. Her children and her family were the center of her life. She had a smile that lit up the room, as well as her contagious laughter. Ladonna was pleasant, kind to talk to and always put others above herself. She was one with an optimistic heart and she chose to see the good in people always. Ladonna approached life full of curiosity and adventure.
LaDonna was beautiful and had a beautiful soul. She will always be remembered for her loving, fun, and caring nature. She loved hard and enjoyed being with her family and friends.
A Memorial Service is held on Friday, April 21, 2023, at 11:00am at Blaze Christian Fellowship Church, 6 Bisbee Ct, Santa Fe, New Mexico. Reception to follow at the Church.
