Kevin Ross Turner

Kevin Ross Turner, 56, of Lebanon, TN passed away peacefully on April 28, 2026, at Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital.

Kevin was born on December 19, 1969, in Deadwood, SD. His family soon moved to Oklahoma, where he learned to fish and camp. After leaving Oklahoma, Kevin soon moved to Kansas, South Dakota, Colorado, and Tennessee, where his love of the outdoors grew. He enjoyed hiking in the mountains and camping whenever he could. He was also an avid football fan, always cheering for the Denver Broncos.

He spent most of his adult life as a cook for various restaurants. Kevin was a gifted chef who loved cooking for family and friends. He was a fantastic baker and chef who was always willing to help in any way that he could.

Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Don Turner, and mother, Bertha Mages, stepfather, Ray Lapp, and sister, Becky Nielson. He is survived by his brothers, Robbie Turner and Michael Lapp.
