In Loving Memory of Kenneth "Kenny" E. Peters

1951 – 2026

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kenneth E. Peters of Longmont, Colorado. Known affectionately to many as Kenny or Ken, he passed away peacefully on September 11, 2026, at the age of 75.

Ken was a giving man with a big heart. He spent his happiest moments embracing the simple pleasures of life watching sports, listening to music, working on puzzles, and traveling. Above all, his absolute favorite pastime was playing poker with his buddies. He was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Ken is preceded in death by his parents, Edward James Peters and Beatrice Sylvia Sanctorum, and his brother, Mark E. Pfeffer.

He is survived by his brother, Ronald Peters, and his wife, Lorene; his niece, April Lehman, and her husband, Dustin; and his beloved great-niece and great-nephew, Sofia and Ezra Lehman.

While no formal funeral service will be held, the family invites you to join them in celebrating Ken’s life, sharing stories, and honoring the legacy of a wonderful man.
