Judith (Judy) Marie McKee (Skinkle) 79 years old passed away on April 13, 2026 in Parker, Colorado. Judy was born on August 4, 1946 in Alamosa, Colorado to William and Willetha Skinkle. Judy graduated from Meritt Hutton High School in Thornton, Colorado in 1964. She was married twice and had three children. As a single mother Judy worked hard, sometimes juggling multiple jobs, while still making time to be at every one of her children’s sporting events, graduations, and life accomplishments. Eventually her hard work paid off and she became a successful Loan/Lease Servicing Manager at Colorado National Bank from 1984-1995, Loan Servicing Manager at Republic Financial Corporation from 1997-2005, and Director of Product Services at Nortridge Software Company from 2005-2021, when she retired.
While Judy worked hard, she also played hard. She loved traveling, sailing, golfing, bowling, football, water fights, gardening, and reading a good John Grisham or Janet Evanovich novel. She cherished her time with her family, playing games after family dinners, and watching her daughter and son-in-law navigate her wonderful granddaughter who reminded her so much of herself.
Judy is survived by her son Jeffery Dutter; son, Brian Dutter and daughter-in-law Amber Dutter; daughter Holly McKee-Huth and son-in-law Fred Huth; granddaughter, Olive Huth; siblings, Martha Yates, Lila Brozovich, and Bill Skinkle; as well as her many nieces and nephews. Judy was proceeded in death by her parents William and Willetha Skinkle, her sister Beverly, her nephew Greg, and her brothers-in-law Sonny and Frank.
In lieu of a service and sending flowers, Judy would want you to plant flowers in your garden, enjoy a good football game or round of golf. She would want you to protect your peace, enjoy your children, spoil your grandchildren, laugh until you cry with your siblings, and get up to no good with your best friends. She would want you to watch a good movie and listen to some music you can dance to. She would want you to smile when you think of her and remember her as you live out your best life. She will be missed dearly, but her family and friends take solace in knowing that this is not goodbye, but until we meet again.
A small celebration of life will be held at a later date for close family and friends.
