Jack passed away on June 30, 2015. He was born in Stratton, Colorado to Walter and Irene Holloway. He is survived by his children Kenny (Linda) Holloway, Debbie Balducci, and John Holloway, 3 sisters Delores Campbell, Judy (Gerald) Diamond, and Janice (Dave) Duchaine, 1 granddaughter, Shawna Pooley, and 2 great grandsons, Biker and Silver. He is preceded in death by his wife Shirley and grandson Don Pooley.
