LONE TREE, COLORADO—J.S. TONI HAYS, 89, of Lone Tree, Colorado, formerly of Effingham, Illinois passed away peacefully at home July 25, 2012 surrounded by her loving family.

A memorial tribute service honoring her and celebrating her life was held July 27, 2012 with the Reverend Paul Roper of Brighton, Colorado, formerly pastor in Beecher City, Illinois, officiating. Reverend Roper recited her favorite St. Francis of Assisi Prayer during the service as a special remembrance of the St. Francis Church in Teutopolis.
