Dianne Blair Feazell

1944 – 2026

Dianne Blair Feazell, 82, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2026, in Denver, Colorado.

Blair was born the daughter of William and Betty Butterfield. Her father served as an Air Force colonel, and Blair grew up attending 17 elementary schools across the country before putting down roots of her own. She met Landon “Bud” Feazell in Fairfax, Virginia, and the two married and raised a family together in Conifer, Colorado, where they became fixtures of their community.

Blair came from a long line of educators and was a graduate of the University of North Carolina. She taught in her early years and later returned to the classroom as a substitute teacher. She was an active PTA leader and volunteer who valued education deeply and gave generously of her time to the communities she was part of.

She was known for her strength, warmth, and an open home where family and friends always had a place.

Blair is survived by her son, Geoffrey Feazell, and daughter-in-law Patti Feazell; her daughter, Mele Telitz, and son-in-law Stephen Telitz; grandsons Jake, Jaxon, and Joel Telitz; and her sister, Suzi, and family. She was preceded in death by Landon “Bud” Feazell, the father of her children, and her sister, Mele Ann Butterfield.

She will be deeply missed.
