Obituary

Clark Randall Goodman was born November 2nd, 2007, in Aurora, Colorado. He attended Peakview Elementary, Thunder Ridge Middle, and Eaglecrest High Schools. During elementary, he was active in Cub Scout Pack 252, and he was active in Troop 113 throughout middle and high school.

As a young child, Clark loved playing games with his siblings, being outdoors especially to climb trees, and playing make believe and dress up. In some ways those things never changed, as he loved playing tabletop and video games, joined climbing club in high school, and enjoyed creating his outfit for the Renaissance Faire. His love for the outdoors was expressed in his camping adventures which included three Scout High Adventures: twice going on the canoeing trip through the Canadian Boundary waters known as Northern Tier, and once on a backpacking trek through Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico. Clark advanced through leadership positions in the troop, including serving as Senior Patrol Leader. He earned the rank of Eagle Scout in November 2024.

Clark enjoyed music, took piano and guitar lessons off and on, and sang in choir at school. He often built and created things, such as his own board games and a catapult in the backyard made from poles and lashing ropes. Starting with the pottery merit badge in Scouts, Clark developed a love of sculpting and created a number of pieces during his art classes at Eaglecrest.

Clark will be remembered for his kind spirit toward others, his adventurous outlook on life, and his deep thoughts about how the world works. Clark would have graduated in May 2026. He is survived by his parents, Randall and Katherine Goodman, older siblings Archer and Salem Goodman, and by his grandparents.
