Born October 26, 1927 to Fred and Gertie McCelland in Hutchinson, Kansas, passed away on August 22, 2012 in Louisville, Colorado. Survived by his wife of 67 years, Frances M. McClelland and his Son, Larry McClelland of Lakewood, Colorado, preceded in death by his son, Donald; also survived by 3 grandsons, Donald of Fruita, Colorado, Allan of Broomfield, Colorado and Lucas of Arizona and 5 great grandchildren. Charles was an employee of Kacy Plumbing for 20 years. No formal services will be held.
