Brennan Jay Caswell (1991 – 2023)

Brennan Jay Caswell, age 32, of Albuquerque, NM passed away on October 23 with his family by his side.

Brennan was born March 6, 1991, in Albuquerque NM and was moved to Stoughton MA as a young child, it is here where Brennan began to shape his charismatic personality. To his sister Leighanna, he was her protector, confidant, and best friend. Together they shared an attachment and love with their grandma Shirley that went unmatched by any other. As a young adult Brennan developed an immense passion for music and began singing in a few bands; he loved to perform. His wit and charm granted him countless friendships; he was loved by so many, but the pinnacle of his life was the birth of his daughter Peyton. He held a special relationship with his Uncle Mark and Aunt Dawna that paved the way for his love of camping, fishing, and off-roading. He shared an unbreakable bond with his cousin Michael and the mischief that ensued. Brennan later returned to New Mexico as an adult, as here, was where he considered to be home.

Brennan is survived by his daughter, Peyton Caswell, Mother, Angela (Duane) Krickeberg, Father, Jay (Christine) Caswell, Sisters, Leighanna (Armani) Colon; Sarah Krickeberg, Brother Johnathan (Jaycee) Krickeberg, Grandfather Raymond Detweiler, Uncles, Doug (Tami) Detweiler; Mark (Dawna) Caswell and his loyal cat, Hero. Brennan was preceded in death by his beloved Grandma, Shirley Fernandz, Grandmother, Carol Kiefer, Grandfather, Bryce (Ware) Stern, and half-sister, Destiny Krickeberg.

It was Brennan’s request to waive traditional funeral services, instead we ask you to reminisce on your time with him and remember him as he was to you.

The family would also like to extend their gratitude to the staff of Presbyterian Hospice for the compassionate care provided to Brennan in his final days.
