Anne Dennison retired from Vanderbilt University after 35 years of service and spent many years traveling both near and far. She was a lifelong reader who loved crossword puzzles and playing cards with friends. She was a loyal patron of the arts in Nashville including the Nashville Symphony and Frist Art Museum. Anne lived her deep faith as a member of St. Matthias Episcopal Church and St. Bartholomew Episcopal Church where she volunteered on the Altar Guild.
After living in south Nashville for 47 years, Anne made the courageous decision to move to Del Webb Lake Providence in Mt. Juliet TN where she made new friends, found a new church and spent more time with her family. More recently she resided at Carrick Glen Senior Living where she was supported by a caring staff while she made even more friends. Anne continually demonstrated that we can begin anew at any point in life.
